Co-housing concept

Co-housing around a common courtyard. Our proposal call for 3 storey at front, each unit 900SF and one level. At the back is a laneway 2 storey each about 600SF where caretaker or young family can live to take care of yard and maintenance. A car port for 2 electric cars that can be reserved makes sure everyone is mobile. A common house with kitchen and dining area for common dinners is the feature of the courtyard.
